Nothing but good things to say about the staff here and this location. Safe, clean, conveniently located, easy to get in and out. Vicky and everyone else on the crew here are super nice and helpful. It’s sincerely impressive how good a culture Extra Space seems to have; I’ve had storage units at four different locations in different cities, and universally they’re well managed and the employees are so nice and on top of it. It’s rare now to see a business where employees smile, seem happy at work and provide excellent customer service. I never thought I’d be so passionate about a self storage place, and yet here I am writing a love letter to one!

I’m closing out my storage unit now, and I just want to say how great my experience has been from day one. The staff here were always very nice, respectful, and helpful. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they handled it with kindness and professionalism. The facility was always clean, secure, and easy to access, which made storing my belongings worry free. Even during the move-out process, everything was smooth and simple. Over the span of two weeks, on extended daily visits to perform an inventory on a large number of items, I've seen how this place is run, and gotten to know Susie, Vicki and Edward. They're personable, funny, and clearly take care of business. The parking lot is secured, and the floors inside are spotless. One or the other does a walk-thru at least once daily, "managing" by walking around. Impressive.
