Showed up at 7:30, Google and the app show the location open but nobody's here. Which would be fine, my instructions are to enter a gate code and then find a lock inside my unit. Except when I enter my gate code it says 'see manager' and won't let me in. I call them number and of course nobody picks up. I wouldn't mind if they just said I need to show up during normal business hours, but it kinda sucks that I loaded up and drove here only to be locked out with no recourse during what's supposed to be access hours with no human required.
