I just checked in, to the public storage on West side and wonderful lady name Jasmine, was extremely helpful and thorough about services and storage units available, I am renting a unit today, very clean, great service!!!!!

I have dealt with different storage locations in the past and I must say, this location is the most organized and professional office of them all. The two agents at the front desk, Amber and Trenton, were very helpful and instrumental in making a stressful situation, calm. The two agents should be commended for their attention to detail and customer service skills. Bravo Zulu, as we would say in the military.

I was helped by two wonderful and nice women! Erika and Jasmine they here extremely helpful! They help me get a unit at a great price! They went step by step to ensure I understood everything. I've never received service like this I have dealt with public storage for 13 years! I can't thank these women enough! Great service overall
