I I'm updating my previous review because not only DID THEY RESPOND to my previous review & rating which I stated that i was very unhappy and stressed on the day I first moved in. But they also called and reached out to me the very next day to see how they can help. They've been VERY accommodating since, I came in and they answered all my questions, fixed every issue I needed, and were extremely helpful, and went over and above to make me a happy customer! Big thanks to Daisy and Mayra for all the help, they even went out of their way to go above and beyond with the excellent service and help they've provided me!

Beware; the website descriptions of the units are not accurate. I rented a 5x8 unit online, and when I showed up, I had less than half of that. When I canceled because I needed more space, Public Storage insisted that my administrative fee was “nonrefundable” even though I canceled based on their faulty description. The building is old, not well-lit, and frankly scary to be in.

This is by far the least convenient, most irritating, horribly configured storage facility to ever exist. The prehistoric elevator has a gate inside and if that’s not shut, the elevator will not operate. Meaning that if someone rides the elevator up to the 3rd floor and then doesn’t close the gate, you cannot call the elevator from the ground level. MULTIPLE TIMES I’m stuck at the bottom, unable to access my unit, and have to come back the next day. I’ve tried going in and climbing the stairs, locating the elevator, and bringing it down myself. However sometimes the stairwells are locked - so I’m out of options. The unit itself is AWFUL. The day we moved in we took the “elevator” up to the floor where our unit is, and then discovered that we had to lug all our things up a set of stairs to reach a floor that the elevator doesn’t reach. Just to make moving day even more annoying. The unit itself is horribly configured. Half of the unit is a 3 ft step off the ground, but no availability for storage under need this lofted configuration (see photos of other people’s reviews). Also, if you get a small size (3ft) storage unit, it’s highly likely that it will be 6 ft off the ground, meaning you have to wheel over a giant ladder and hoist all of your belongings in the air to get them in. You might think, oh well all storage units are pretty minimal and sketchy. Think again. I’ve used other storage facilities in the past that were MILES AND MILES better than this place. PLUS Public Storage is MORE EXPENSIVE - and they’ll raise your rate a ton by the way. I’m unfortunately locked into keeping my things here because I can’t deal with moving them out of this facility for awhile, and I’m stuck with the insane price and constant inconvenience. Save yourself and go somewheee else. Literally the only things I need in a storage facility are (1) a FLAT room and (2) a functioning elevator. And you get neither of those things here. If you want to lift your couch 3-6 ft off the ground in order to fit it, I guess this is the place for you.

I've had a unit here for several years & have had some unpleasant experiences, but things happen. One bright spot is an employee named Ulysses. He was extremely kind, courteous and helpful when I had an unfortunate situation come up. Ulysses S.Grant took care of business & so did Ulysses from Public storage. He's doing a great job & very much appreciated 👍

Weirdest layout of storage units I have ever seen. Staff was helpful when we arrived to move into our unit and realized because of the unit not being a box, we were not going to fit. Bigger unit (more money) and still a weird layout. One building only has stairs and avoid it if you have more than boxes to store. Other building has an elevator, but you must make sure the gate and door is closed or others can get the elevator back to the ground floor. It is a common problem at this location and a real pain when you are stuck on the 3rd floor. Building is kept clean but the hallways have many turns and maneuvering their carts sucks. Oh and some units are still up stairs in the elevator building or need a move able ladder to access. Go look at units before you rent
