The manager at the facility was very...
The manager at the facility was very cordial, efficient and professional. The facility was clean and the unit was actually nicer than I anticipated. I have one big issue that could possibly have me moving out of the unit into another storage company's facility soon (when things get a little busier in the next couple months): That facility needs MORE MOVING DOLLIES TO BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS! I checked in, paid, got my unit number and went to the unit. Then I wasted about 25 minutes looking inside every loading door of the entire facility as well as by the elevators on each floor for a moving dolly to use. The area where the dollies would be chained up normally had only TWO CHAINS which looked like there were only TWO DOLLIES FOR THE ENTIRE FACILITY??? Unacceptable if true. The only way I was able to procure a dolly was by waiting finally for the manager to return to the office, which was understandable as she seemed to be the only employee at the facility and this is a time of skeleton crews which I understand. I was lucky enough that she showed me where one dolly was located as it had just been used and was available. If that one dolly hadn't been available I would have immediately canceled the unit and gone somewhere else to rent a unit. If things get busier in the coming month or so and I end up at the unit with no way to move anything from my SUV to or from the unit then the unit will ultimately lose the viability for my use. Besides that, everything was great.

Natalie from the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable on showing me my unit. Very accommodating to my crazy day, and an absolute pleasure to be around. Made the experience very enjoyable all around.
