!!RAT INFESTATION!! !!DO NOT RENT HERE AS OF 9/2025!! They currently have a rat infestation in multiple buildings! Unless you want all your possessions covered in rat droppings, stay away! While Cindy Lou has been awesome and works hard, she is only 1 person. We had no issues for over a year in 2 different units, opened my unit up today to find this, only a couple weeks since they raised my rate too Spent all day decontaminating/cleaning my unit and had to trash a lot of items that were ruined. Hopefully this review saves someone the headache

We have a good experience with extra space storage 652 s main st location in manteca. I want to give shout out to cindy lou. She has been so kind to us throughout the year. It was easy moving. We changed the size of storage in between that was smooth too. And moving out was so easy . Cindy have been so helpful and kind.

Sam, the customer service rep in today, Was very helpful. I was able to select a unit that Will meet my needs, Became acquainted with the new functions on the app, And have secured my storage.
