In a world where tearing things down has become the norm I would rather build things up! Sandra and Vince at Extra Space storage are professional, efficient, courteous and extremely helpful. In a pinch I needed a storage unit right away. They not only got one that was the right size that I needed they were also able to ensure I had chosen one that worked for my price point. This saved my friend literally and has allowed her to close the sale of her home because we were able to empty it completely! Similar businesses are distinguished by many things but Customer Service sets them apart. From my initial contact w/Sandra in the office I was made to feel SPECIAL. I never leave reviews but the Customer Service provided by Sandra was beyond EXCPTIONAL ! Sandra helped me w/ALL and ANY issues I had and even when closing out my unit, she WOW’d me…the customer once more. People say they don’t leave reviews, I really never do. But recently we found ourselves needing two storage units. I called around to some brand new storage facilities in town but found the availability lacking, unit usage limited, and employees disinterested (and in some cases unprofessional). Enter ExtraSpace in Murrieta off Winchester. One call and I reached a credible employee who provided accurate information and answered my questions, and then graciously offered a rate to accommodate our short term rental needs. Our first visit to the property we were treated like family by Vincent, and this continued during our interactions over the phone with Sandra. They were both nothing short of amazing! What also stood out was the quality and cleanliness of the facility, and the driveways even had wide corners for ease of truck/trailer navigation. If you need storage, for sure call or visit ExtraSpace.
