My first time storing my boat at Outrig and so far I am very pleased with the facility and the people that work at Outrig. All my phone calls and interactions with the Outrig staff have been super helpful and friendly. Their communication is great and they are very responsive. I can usually speak with a person whenever I call them and they are always available to help. I have been dealing mostly with Cody who is great, but sometimes he has someone filling in and they are just as helpful. Before I moved in there was some stuff left over from previous tenant and I asked Outrig to make sure the items were gone before I moved in and it was taken care of. I also requested someone look at the roll up door because it was catching at the top and they had someone come and fix the door right away. The unit I have could use a little work, but so far it has worked out without any issues. But I'm sure if I have an issue it would get addressed right away. Cody mentioned the facility I was at was under new management and so far it has been great. I don't know how the previous management was but so far so good.

Thank you Outrig RV and Boat Storage! I have been at this location for two decades and have always had great service. Everyone I have ever spoken with has been personable (a very human quality that Ai will never be...), completely helpful and willing to work out any issues with reasonable solutions. I haven't actually ever had much cause to contact the staff because everything has always run smooth, great communication when any issue comes up either at their end or at my end which needed addressing and the most amazing thing has been the rates. The rates for the very large space in a secure facility has been super reasonable compared to other facilities. We also have a self storage facility in another area that every 6 months raises the rate, so unreasonable. I love Outrig RV and Boat Storage in Lake Berryessa!!

Terrible. Came on a Sunday to bring trailer down and someone was on our spot. We traveled quite a bit to get here. No one was available to take our calls. Not leaving my trailer here and hoping for a refund and better/any service elsewhere. Nice location though. Unfortunate situation they created for me and my family.
