I was a loyal customer at Extra Space Storage for over three years, but this experience has been unacceptable. Since the new manager, Christina, took over, I have received no real assistance in resolving a balance the company owes me following my move-out in Oct 2025. It has been more than three months, and I am still waiting for my money to be returned. Communication has been poor, inconsistent, and misleading, and I have repeatedly been given the runaround with no resolution. As of Jan 2026, this issue remains unresolved. I still want my money back. Based on this experience, I do not recommend renting here. Long-term customers should not be treated this way.
