If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you ever need customer service beyond handing them your monthly payment, good luck. I've spent the last two weeks calling repeatedly about pest damage to my unit, and not once has anyone bothered to return a call, despite my having insurance on the unit. Not a voicemail. Not an email. Nothing. Every time I reached out, there was no property manager there to answer the phone and get back to me. This company clearly does not care about its customers, their property, or basic accountability. Once they have your money, you're on your own. Save yourself the headache and store your belongings literally anywhere else. Public Storage won't lift a finger if something goes wrong. I've attached pictures of just SOME of the damage to my unit.

I arrived at 12610 Raymer location today and spoke to Haden who was on the end of his shift. Normally that means bad, rushed service. BUT HE WAS AMAZING. He patiently answered all of my questions, and even went up to my existing space to consult on what size I would need to make a move to a new unit. He WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Haden is just an all-around great guy and an excellent rep for Public Storage. They need more people like him!
