The Manager, Vanessa, is wonderful! She was very helpful in finding us the right unit and just as helpful during move out. She’s kind and professional. The facilities are clean and accessible with various storage options. Location is great. We moved as we didn’t need storage any longer, otherwise we would have stayed.

we all know how hard it's to move, especially moving everything into a storage unite. But I am very happy that I found this place. I planned to call and look couple of places. This is the first and only place I called. I first called to get some information, then got quoted over the phone. Immediately had an appointment with the onsite manager. Later I met Vanessa and she was such a sweet heart. She showed me couple of unites and pointed out the pros and cons. Once I picked a unite, had a contract done in a few minutes. I needed it a week later. So she prorated a week from that day so I didn't have to pay for the week I didn't need. Before I left, she gave me the instruction how to access the unite and wrote down the code on a card. A week later, we moved everything into the unite with no hassles. The process was so easy and smooth. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a trouble free storage unite.

I love this extra space storage location. It’s pretty clean and the staff are friendly. I feel safe, keeping my belongings at this location. I was offered help by Darlene today and she seemed very personable and assisted me with a smile. I still wish to rate 5 stars, although there is one thing I do want to bring to the attention of staff. I visit this location almost daily and sometimes customers leave feces and marks and smears on the toilet and urine also and sometimes it’s left on the toilet almost all day. I have to bring my own gloves and sanitation supplies, just to use the toilet safely, which is ridiculous but I’m not sitting on a toilet like that. Also, a lot of the time the bathroom door is locked and I know about the door locking on the inside by turning the little knob but is there any way to prevent that? Put a sign near the door or change the handle?

Very helpful and friendly! I had a few questions about the entry code and was advised how to download the app for digital access and other features. Very thankful and happy so far with their services
