Nicole SeoFirst time renting a storage place. But Alejandra really took good care of us. Not knowing what is the right size and how it works and rushed, Alejandra guided my family step-by-step. She was busy getting bunch of calls but make sure we're not left clueless and never lose her smile. She took us around to show the sizes. She professionally handled and satisfied our needs. We were indecisive but her service and attitude solidified our choice. Will come back again if we need space. I accidentally booked a unit that wasn’t climate controlled, which wouldn't have been safe for some vinyls I planned on storing. She didn’t have another unit available at her location, but she found one at a nearby location and was actually able to book it at a lower rate than what I originally booked! She also cancelled my original booking with no fees and let her coworker at the nearby Extra Space Storage know I was on my way so he had everything ready when I arrived. The whole process was easy and stress free, even though I’m the one who made the mistake when booking. Highly recommend !
Lauren FAva was amazing. She got me set up in the size unit I requested and was super informative. She help me w the lock, got me set up with Bluetooth and even offer me a glass of water bc it was hot out. The space was clean and exactly what I expected. I was in a big hurry today bc I was cutting it close w work and she got me in and out. I hope the company realizes how valuable employees like this are. She even gave us a 3 month promotion deal. Thanks Ava :)
