I've always really dreaded visiting any storage unit that I've had, but the staff at Extra Space is really great. Jackie is super attentive and friendly, and is always happy to answer any questions that I have. This location in particular is hands down the best storage location I've found and I'll continue my business with them. I no longer dread visiting my unit because the staff has great energy. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Amazing staff! Chaneisa was wonderful in getting us onboarded and answering my initial questions when setting up the account, the other office staff have been just as awesome and helpful with any questions we have, even let us switch to a different larger unit we needed. Facility is super clean, well lit and secure. Couldn't be happier, We look forward to being long term customers here :)

As an older adult using a storage facility for the first time, I was a bit nervous, but Jacob made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. On top of that, he gave me a 5% discount which I truly appreciated. This is a clean, safe, well run facility with excellent customer service & a secure environment-I highly recommend working with Jacob!

Just wanted to recognize Japoria for amazing customer service and being extremely pleasant and personable! My husband and I just moved to the area and Extra Space has made it so much easier for us. She also made sure to go over everything in detail with us and made sure to answer all of our questions thoroughly, even if they sounded silly. The units themselves are in a safe, clean and well lit environment and unlike other storage facilities that we've visited, the units at Extra Space-owned facilities did not have that lingering humid feeling. Needless to say we will be suggesting this Extra Space storage to anyone interested in a safe, quality storage facility.

We rented a spot to temporarily store a car. The staff was very responsive, professional, and patient particularly when we had an access issue, that was on us, that required extra effort on their part and greatly appreciated. Additionally, while waiting for them to finish with another customer, I was impressed with their sensitivity in helping a new customer who was having trouble understanding the process and paperwork. Staff noticed he was confused and gave him extra time.
