Public Storage - Rancho Cucamonga - 8949 Hermosa Ave

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. Jasmine was our first contact. She was very helpful in choosing the right size. When we go to our storage unit we always look for her car so we can say hi. This facility is across the street from a plant that makes the air smell like vinegar. At first this was a concern but nothing in the storage units smelled like it. All was fine. It was because of the staff that we decided that this was the place for us. We also visited other storage facilities and even another public storage closer to us, but this particular one won us over because of it's staff.
