I’ve had an excellent experience with Store Quest South Storage! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and very secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. What really sets them apart, though, is the staff—especially Neil. He’s been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly every time I’ve needed assistance. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is smooth and easy. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for storage solutions!

This storquest location is amazing! Their units are clean, well protected and have carts which are extremely convenient. The promotion was a great deal and easy to reserve. The manager Neil was super helpful from day one when we couldn't make it to the initial check in date due to moving issues. The employees are super welcoming and helpful as well! Top tier service and location!

Neil alone should be the reason you rent at this location. He's very personable, funny, and takes all questions, comments, and concerns very seriously. In my 3 years renting here any major/minor issues I brought up he had fixed within 24-48hrs. On top of this location being extremely convenient it is well kept, secure, and the staff are all truly amazing people.

Been at the Hampshire site in Rancho Cucamonga for 10 years.The Manager Neil has been outstanding the whole time.Very Professional,friendly & always has good conversation. Highly recommended this particular site.
