In 2019, Bair Island set me up with a storage unit for the summer after graduating from college. I returned at the end of the summer to find the unit completely cleared out - almost everything had been stolen. The combination lock which had been cut was sitting outside the door to the unit. I asked at the front desk and they provided absolutely no help. After filing a police report, I asked them to provide CCTV footage from the camera which was positioned facing almost directly at the door of the unit. They informed me that it wasn't working and there was no footage of the break-in.

Earlier this summer, I moved out of my dorm. Thanks to Edgar (and despite the time crunch near the end of open hours), I was able to move in quickly and easily. Thanks Edgar!

I moved in here in a hurry, and just moved out after about a year. In all, it was an excellent storage experience. Gates worked reliably, the structure was sound, the bathroom was always clean (!!), and the office was easy to work with. If I were still living in the area, I would still have my stuff there.
