Once you’re signed up, they will not call you or email you back if you have an issue such as a credit card expiring. I’ve called at least six times and there is zero customer service response. Impressively bad customer service.

Suzannah Iris RochelleThe building is not climate controlled but they do have several large platform carts with wheels that make it easy to move stuff in and out from your car all in one trip. The units on the top floor, 3rd floor, have a large vertical size making it a better deal. It's not usually busy so it's easy to park in a loading spot and get a cart to move stuff around. The staff are friendly and helpful.

She was so courteous and efficient. I was in and out on no time. They have good prices and a well kept facility, from what I saw. I highly recommend this place.
