A Storage Place - Magnolia

My wife and I rented a unit and in 2 months we go back to add more things and the first day of the second month and found out they changed our lock. So called manager he cut the lock and to find out things we gone unbelievable so had to make a police report and finding out they didn't had no video of crime they had no cameras so safe no way till this day we are waiting from insurance and they ignore our calls messages. So please don't get a storage unit in a hall without cameras or non working .

Front desk agent was very kind and helpful in helping me find the right storage for me. She even took me to tour the 2 different sizes available just so I could see what would suit me better! I ended up renting the larger unit as it was a much better fit. Great customer service!
