Phenomenal service.. and that’s an understatement. Nothing can do justice how awesome the staff was/is. Everything was easy and smooth! From the second I called as a new customer and was helped by Sonya, I believe? To also being helped by Jodi! Sorry if I’m butchering the names. Jodi was kind and offered amazing services, going beyond what they should. From understanding our limitations, Jodi was quick to offer a different unit to make it easy assessable. She also sent me chocolates.. like what?! PLEASE give this place a chance if you’re in need of a space rental. Thank you Jodi!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Chris and Jodi are wonderful and so sweet and very very knowledgeable. It was a true pleasure meeting & working with them. They are a true asset to the company. Jodi and Chris at the Extra storage are AMAZING! I needed to make a payment as my log in would return an error message. Jodi not only took my payment but she also walked me through the steps to fix the issue. Thank you so much Chris and Jodi do making it seamless. I was frustrated and annoyed but their kindness and willingness to help just made everything better. Awesome!!!

Setup was easy and clean. Facilities look great. Intro price was great. Jody was wonderful. Good chocolate candies at the front desk. The last point doesn’t really matter but was a nice addition.

Chris was awesome greeting me upon entry. She politely and professionally helped me quickly get setup and on my way with a new storage rental. Such a simple and easy process. I highly recommend using this Extra Space Storage location in Riverside, CA!
