After the fourth time my trailer was broken into on your property, for the first time. One of your employees stepped up and helped out. His name is Eric. I believe his last name is Dunn and he did a wonderful job for us. He not only got our trailer moved from the blind spot It's been in for 5 years to a well-camred area but he also was able to reduce our space rent. Throughout the whole process he communicated with us was very pleasant and accommodating and we very much appreciate his hard work. Thank you, Eric, Robert Ryan

Jenn was great — she was helpful and made the move-in process easy. However, after only three months, my rate increased by about $40. I understand rate adjustments happen, but other storage facilities typically give a longer introductory period before raising prices. More concerning was the rodent issue. I was not warned about any mouse/rat problems on the property. All of my belongings were stored in sealed bins, yet rodents still chewed through some of the boxes. I ended up having to throw items away due to damage. I understand that outdoor facilities can have rodents, but I did not expect it to be this significant. Cleaning everything up was unpleasant and disappointing. Because of the price increase and the condition issues, I ultimately decided to move to another facility.
