I started renting a unit at Central Rocklin Self Storage in 2015 when I was leaving a bad situation. The management has been nothing but kind and professional with me over the past 7 years I've been with them- they even replaced my bad lock for free one year when they noticed the one I was using was faulty. The storage area also has always been clean and well kept. I finally cleared out my unit yesterday, and I'm very thankful for my experience here!

I've rented a unit from this facility for years with no problems and used to love coming here back when Bob and his brother (who I assume was also named Bob) managed the place. The Bobs were both courteous and kept the place clean at all times. The reason I am only giving one star is because they recently contracted out the management of this facility to a fella named "Patrick," and I could not be more displeased with Patrick's lack of professionalism, displays of aggression, and questionable integrity. Unfortunately, this dubious character is the reason I felt it was necessary to cancel the lease of my storage shed in October 2018. When the Bobs come to their senses and replace Patrick with a professional, I would definitely consider bringing my business back here. Until then, stay away from this place.

I have used this storage facility twice and I will always keep coming back! Bob is awesome! The customer service is beyond what you will get anywhere else. Clean units, very safe and secure location, and friendly. Do not go anywhere else!!
