To whom it may concern, I went to several storage unit companies today, price checking. I ended up at your facility Cube Smart off of W. 23rd and Mt. Vernon in San Bernardino. This was my very first time dealing with your company. I just move to the area and never heard of cube smart. I move form the LA area out here. So I went to the familiar storage facilities first. I have to say right off the bat. The pricing of the units was competitive to cube smart but I was sold on the outstanding customer service I received by the general manager Lizette and her assistant Eddie. They made the experience feel good by they're willing to help me in my time of need. I also felt appreciated for willing to choose cube smart. They were very professional, upfront and went beyond to help me. It was a wonderful experience compared to other storage facilities I've rented from or visited, where employees. Were rude, inpatient, and seemed unhappy in their environment and job. I will definitely recommend this storage facility, and to ask for Liz or Eddie
