They will 100% not afraid to call you and tell you that they are raising your rates. But what they are afraid to tell you is that there’s a ton of homeless people right outside your unit looking sketchy. The whole randomly raising your rates feels scammy There are much better places that don’t do that And also don’t have homeless stealing your stuff. Also bring a flashlight cause the units don’t have light

This place is wonderful! I had a POD shipped from CO and had a hard time finding a storage facility that would let me have it delivered and left overnight. Sindy and Bob were so helpful and accommodating and did indeed let me have the pod delivered! The unit was clean and access was super easy. Highly recommend this spot as they are such kind and helpful people with a really well organized business.
