Recently, I witnessed firsthand how outstanding Sheila is. The property was undergoing necessary maintenance, and I overheard an unpleasant customer complaining to her. It was clear the customer hadn't read their email or app notification about the scheduled work. True to form, Sheila handled the upset customer with remarkable kindness and professionalism. She did her best to defuse a difficult situation, and she did so with flying colors. It's clear she prioritizes excellent service even under pressure.
