We rented a storage unit here from 2020-2025. When we moved our belongings out we discovered severe water damage in the back of the unit that left four of our mattresses in the unit ruined. We paid rent faithfully for nearly 5 years. The facility has refused to replace the mattresses and also required us to handled the removal of the mattresses that had mold. We have filed a complaint on the BBB and plan to file a lawsuit. This is unacceptable and hope it does not happen to anyone else. Do not store your belongings here. The facility is not capable of protecting against the wet weather.
