Pros: The facility is amazing. Large and extremely clean. Huge loading bays and parking for small and large moves alike. The prices are clearly posted and the reservation process was easy. The staff were kind and the terms are standard. Con: I had asked repeatedly about a specific situation (if international movers could access my items on my behalf) and wasn't given a clear answer until I was already at the facility and moving in my items. I'd asked about this on the intake call, and had been waiting for a callback from a specific person to discuss it. Someone left a voicemail, but I took it as a courtesy call because it didn't reference my question at all nor was it from the name I expected. This will result in extremely high costs for me that I desperately tried to mitigate. Additionally, the front desk said no disc locks so I purchased a cylinder lock, only to see so many other units with disc locks. More money lost. Overall: I am still frustrated by the pending costs as a result of not getting a clear answer until it was too late, and I know this is a system failure and not necessarily on a specific staff member. Learn from me and call A THOUSAND TIMES before showing up to check, check, and double check. For anyone wondering, no one other than you can access your unit. You have to be physically present and there is no method to delegate even one-time access to movers or to family members, spouses, video call, extra paperwork, etc. No way at all. I recommend continuing your search if you need this or a similar service.

I have never rented a storage before so the sales person was very knowledgeable about the space I wanted to rent .The place from the outside looked clean and the inside was very spacious. The space I rented was just what I needed. The sales explained everything I needed. Signed the contract and was out the door. overall the service was as professional as it gets. great customer service.

I called today to replace a lock on a storage unit and the front desk representative was very kind and attentive to the services being provided. She was able to help me with everything I needed and answered all my questions.
