Predatory pricing—charged $50 for a 5-minute mistake. I am beyond disappointed in the lack of empathy at this location. My son, a student at SDSU, cleared out his entire unit on the 14th. He made a simple mistake and forgot the lock, so he returned on the 15th for literally five minutes to retrieve it. Despite having video proof that the unit was empty and he was only on-site for minutes, management used this 'facility access' as an excuse to charge us for an entire extra month. This comes right after they doubled the rent. They chose to squeeze $50 out of a college student rather than provide a decent customer experience. Avoid this place—they care more about technicalities than people.

My husband and I got a 10’x10’ storage unit at this brand new facility. It is at a very convenient location, right off the freeway. The whole place is clean and SAFE! There are cameras everywhere. The staff is friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Guadalupe explained all of the fees and protocols very well. She answered all of our questions. My husband did all of the research and this place is the best compared to all of the nearby storage facilities.
