I've had a storage cubbie here before it was a small one that I had to climb the stair ladder, I now have a decent size unit that I can access easily and can finally have some space back in my room. And it's definitely affordable!! And great location for the most part nice staff. The only complaint I have is not being able to call and talk to whoever is working, and that they don't have a buzzer or a number to call or a way to contact whoever is working when there is no one in the office.

Been renting a storage unit here for five years haven’t been over here in a couple years. Literally no dumpster or anywhere to dispose of anything. The bathroom is out of commission this place is worthless and not worth the money. No customer service present… and now it’s saying that my access code is invalid even though it let me in so now I have two carts full of stuff that I can’t even get down to my car.

I've been here for 45 minutes now and haven't been able to get a cart to unload my car. The office guy has been super helpful - he walked around the entire building looking for one for me. But he says there are only 3, one of which is broken, and management is unwilling to buy more. Boo. Otherwise, I've been pretty happy with this spot, but this is ridiculous.

I left a detailed review describing my terrible experiences here and then customer service reached out to me and was helpful so I deleted the review. But i am writing another one because I have had another frustrating experience with public storage customer service. I just wanted to cancel my auto pay but couldn't access my account. I reached out to the chat for support, and it wasn't a human and couldn't help me. It said it would connect me to a human and it took over FIFTY minutes of waiting. By that time I had left my computer. I also called and left a message and no one followed up. I still haven't received the help I need to complete a simple task. I do not recommend Public Storage to anyone seeking a positive experience.

Super disappointed with this location. I rented a unit here for 2–3 years and spent thousands of dollars, only to have a very frustrating experience on my move-out day. When I arrived to move out, the garage was unexpectedly closed and there was no nearby street parking available. Living in San Francisco, it’s not safe to leave a car full of belongings unattended due to frequent break-ins. I had no choice but to briefly park at the curb, which resulted in a parking ticket. I reasonably asked Public Storage to refund my final month’s rent to offset the ticket, since the garage closure directly caused the issue. Despite being a long-term customer, I was ignored and never received a response. Very poor customer service and disappointing way to treat a loyal customer. I regret not sticking with Extra Space Storage and would recommend others consider alternatives.
