I was extremely satisfied with my experience from the moment I reserved my storage unit online. Within minutes of placing my reservation, I received a phone call to see if I had any questions and to help make my moving process smoother. When I arrived at the office to view the unit, Shirley and Jane at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and kind. They truly went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I’ve ever received. They even stayed after the office had closed to ensure the gate code worked properly and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was completely satisfied. Their level of care, sincerity, and dedication did not go unnoticed. I genuinely felt valued as a customer and couldn’t be more grateful for such an outstanding experience.

The two ladies that greeted me when I inquired about renting a storage unit are a very knowledgeable team. Friendly, helpful and very informative on which size storage units they had available. Spent the time to physically show me each unit that might fit my needs, explained the hours of operation, the costs associated with renting a unit, procedures on monthly due date and options on payment collection. I had a very positive experience with both associates Shirley and Jennifer. The ladies are very helpful & professional. I recommend renting at SmartStop self storage.
