Danielle is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk into this storage facility in Petaluma, she makes you feel welcome. She’s incredibly personable, helpful, and genuinely cares about the people who rent there. It’s clear she really knows her customers and treats everyone more like friends than just another transaction, which is rare these days. The entire facility is beyond clean — and I don’t just mean clean, I mean spotless. The storage units are extremely well maintained, the grounds are tidy, and even the office is immaculate. You can tell there’s a lot of pride in how this storage center is run, and that comes directly from Danielle. What really stands out is the atmosphere she creates. Who would have thought a self-storage place could actually brighten your day? But this one does. Danielle’s positive energy, professionalism, and kindness make the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. If every storage facility manager cared this much, the world would honestly be a better place. I was extremely pleased and very well taken care of by the lovely lady named Danielle today at Store More storage. She was courteous and businesslike when answering all questions regarding the size I needed and wrapped the whole transaction up so I didn’t have to do anything except answer a few questions. What a great storage place, and with a good location closer to my home. I found this place after a large rent increase at my previous storage company. This one is very clean and well managed and Danielle made the process so easy and was eager to help in any way she could. I love that I can use an app to open the gate upon access instead of getting out of the car and signing in every time on a sheet of paper. The access hours are very convenient and more in tune with people who have to come after work or before work. Thanks Danielle!

I am a customer of yours in Santa Rosa California . I signed up online for a 10 by 30 unit that was half off for the first three months and $230 per month thereafter . We just reached the end of three months and you withdrew $400 from our account on autopay . When my wife went to the facility and asked about it the guy that was there tried to explain that it's how it goes and said a bunch of other nonsense that is not true or acceptable . I signed up on an agreement of the rates and nowhere was what he said stated at any point . This is a.breach of contract and it will not be tolerated . I demand that the additional funds removed from my account be replaced immediately and I will be pursuing any additional funds that may incur due to the incompetence of whomever it was who billed us this way . Additionally I would like an explanation of what it is this gentleman was trying to convey as from what I can tell it was complete misinformation and a severe lack of professionalism. I wish to remain a customer however if these charges are supported by you we will have a big problem as I do not have the time or patience to relocate at this time and if your actions cause that situation I will be requiring additional funds to facilitate relocating . Nothing on any agreement or verbal conversations at the facility ever indicated the $400 rate I'mposed on us . There are legal ramifications to withdrawing funds not entitled to you . Please rectify this immediately and educate your staff on ethical business behavior to avoid any further escalation of this matter . Danielle was amazing with our move in. We came to Store More surrounding some hard times and Danielle was so welcoming and made the process really smooth. We currently have three units and they are all very clean and secure. I really appreciate Danielle and her support for my family and me. I was there several days in a row and she always greeted me with a smile and offered help when needed. Would recommend this facility to anyone as they have great prices and even greater office staff like Danielle!
