StorQuest stole my money. They weren’t open on the day I wanted to move out (on a Sunday) and then when I had to re-schedule my move-out and come back two days into the next month’s lease terms I was charged the full month. Customer service didn’t care at all and weren’t willing to help. The manager was very unhelpful, was more concerned about his conveniently scheduled 2pm lunch break that just happened to be 10 minutes from the time I arrived than helping me (I’m not sure why he couldn’t be flexible with his lunch break since he sits there doing nothing all day anyways) and I had to argue with him to simply do his very easy job on the day I moved out. I highly recommend you use another storage facility as there are plenty in the area. Never again!

I needed to upgrade to a larger unit at the last minute, mind you, and they still gave me the original promotional discount and gave me time to move out of the unit I was in. Thank you guys , highly recommend and will refer friends.

StorQuest is the top rated storage facility thus far! Lisa is a beautiful person. Any questions or assistance needed Lisa isalready a step ahead. The feeling walking in is a family and calming orientation. The property is well managed and the customer service is every thing you need to have confidence about you're stay.

Prices are too high after promotion price it almost doubles the rent went from 77 to 138 for a 10x10
