I have been a client since August 2025 and have had a number of storage lockers for many years. Hello Storage is far superior to any of these - no comparison. The building has a beautiful design and layout.The bathroom and entire facility is spotless and the lobby is done beautifully. Good parking and nice size carts and the facility is clean and well run. Nathan, who usually sits at the front entrance desk is outstanding. He is extremely helpful, very pleasant and professional and such a pleasure to encounter. The ownership of Hello Storage should be extremely pleased with Nathan since he creates such a positive image of the company for me. Stan Caplan

This place is like a luxury storage facility. All brand new. I got a unit on the third floor. Unit has its own lighting and it’s temperature controlled. The elevator is spacious and very easy to use. Also, Nathan was very helpful and informative. Another plus is they have a a U-Haul truck you can rent. Very smooth experience.

Been here for over a year, Nathan & Craig are incredible, helpful and always accommodating. Prices are fair and don't routinely go up only every year but even that is fair. Highly recommend for short or long term needs.

This place is amazing. I had Khalil help me not only get the unit that was just right for my needs but he also was able to help me get a moving vehicle to make my entire moving process simple and easy. He’s a great guy to talk too and extremely easy to deal with. Very professional, very kind. 10/10 I won’t go anywhere else. Oh, did I mention that the rates were very affordable? The facility is brand new and very clean. To top it off, the view is great.
