I really appreciate the renovations that were done recently at this location. The improvements make a big difference and it shows that they’re investing back into the property. I also want to mention Kara from the staff, she was incredibly kind and brought such a positive attitude. It made the whole experience easier and more pleasant. Between the upgrades and the great customer service, I feel good about storing here. Also the new office is looking fabulous.

I opened my storage to find it had a leak . There was a lot of water damage to my things. Kara was a great help. She assessed the damage immediately and provided me with the insurance info. She then made a new space available to me. I moved all of my things into the new storage unit all in the same day! Thank you for the excellent customer service! Eric Trout

No security came to get something & it was broken into.. they hound you to make a payment.. lady said our storage . Had been broken into .. for a month.. they never informed us about it

We rented a space at the union st location, but the office was being remodeled when we arrived and no-one was around. After no-one picked up the phone for the union location, I called the lemon street location. Shay picked up and was extremely helpful getting us moved in. She went way above and beyond considering she is not responsible for the union st location.
