Carina (and all the ladies) at Extra Space Storage on Market Street in Ventura are the greatest. They keep the facility in tip top shape and enforce the rules firmly but respectfully. Because of the great job they do, this place is number one on my list.

The staff, Veronica, was extremely helpful and even stayed late waiting for me to get there. She was very knowledgable with the online system as well. Definitely one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with storage facility customer service. I will ansolutely recommend to all!

When I call they didn’t answer but got called back immediately and was greeted by Carina very understanding and caring women, she let me explain my situation with out interruptions she’s the exact fit for her manager position.
