If I could give this storage facility a zero I would. Literally leaving doors open on my van overnight and not closing them and ultimately not taking care of the vehicle and charging me for a service then neglecting basic common sense maintenance and respect/compassion issues. The lack of care and incompetence is astounding. I expected this van to be rented out in Sacramento when I dropped it off at the storage lot, but that was not their fault. The rental company went under and so it was stuck for the time being at this storage facility. However while it was there I have had two calls from this storage company one saying that the batteries were dead and the second being that they left one of the doors open or someone broke into the van while it was being stored. This is not okay. How hard is it to close a door? If you're in it looking at something close it! The fact that they don't know whether an employee was in or some rando person is pathetic too. Have some accountability. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. What a nightmare. They also don't seem to care about the vehicles they store no compassion what so ever or sense of urgency. I should literally get my money back for the time it was there, because you guys obviously only caused more harm than good. 0/5 STARS.
