Moving in required entering the code probably 40 times or more.
Only 1 of 3 elevators worked and operating it was not intuitive, nor were there instructions. Entering the code at the door does not call the elevator. You have to enter the code, then press the button about 10 feet away. Once the elevator opens, you only have 10 seconds to enter the floor. If you are delayed or enter a wrong floor, you have to go back out and start the process over. We purchased our own lock for the door, but we were not able to use it as it would not fit through the holes on the door of our space. It was not an easy process setting up the rental. It was much more difficult than it needed to be.

Great manager, clean facility
Jay the manager was great. I had booked my reservation online but the system could not find it and Jay worked really had to help out and we finally got it figured out. So thanks Jay. The facility itself is clean and convenient due to opening at 6am. Although signage could be improved and the advertised size of the units is BS. They say approximately 5x9 it’s more like 5x8’3” so that is a liberal meaning of “approx”.
