We recently rented a unit at location 3. We called in advance and Curtis picked up, nice guy, great attitude and always smiles. He made it easy to sign up, get us on auto bill pay and showed us different units. The units do not have lights, and they are not climate controlled, but overall the temperature was fresh inside even tho is was 90 outside. They are competitively pried considering all the big brands would charge a lot more in the same area.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Please spare yourself time and dont go there! I reserved the unit online 3 days ago and went there now to claim it and do the paperwork. 5:40pm. They close at 6. Their employee, brunette guy, had the biggest attitude, saying paperwork takes 15 min and I shouldn’t come before closing. He then proceeded to the unit, to show it to me, all with the biggest inconvenience showing on his face. He was obviously upset and angry about something, but this is not the way to handle customers. AND there was enough time actually to do the paperwork. Needless to say, I cancelled reservation. Gonna take my money elsewhere.

It's convenient, the staff's great, especially Jason the manager, always have a smile on his face and willing to help. I have it 3 stars because it's so hot and dark inside the units , which makes it uncomfortable.

Moved out of here, poorly lit, virtually no security. Storage units look like they were built in the 80s by someone's uncle who has trouble with IKEA furniture. The hasps on the units are made out of mild steel and ours had a cut in it, probably from some bolt cutters. Homeless store their belongings here, probably because of the low price. If you like a bargain and horror films, this spot is for you.

Have been here since 2004! Finally closing my chapter! It's been great and Jason is awesome. I highly recommend this storage.
