It is nice to work with a person who is genuinely pleasant and cares about my needs. She was very helpful when I thought I was ready to downsize; securing a unit and coordinating timing of move. If I have questions or need anything she is always responsive. I can't say enough about her or the fact the facility is always so secure and clean. I have never had to worry about critters or dirt and garbage in my space. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
bee sNora was super helpful and understanding with everything and everything. She had all the answers, didn’t try and make me feel like i NEEDED to stay with ExtraSpace even though i was super happy with the company. I only left this storage unit due to strictly Distance/convenience
Summer Day
This is a fairly new storage place and looks clean. However, there are lots of mouse/rat droppings even with outdoor traps. My complaint is the rent of $94.00/mo for a 10x10 jumped to $188.10 with NO notification. 100% + increase is ridiculous. What a scam.
