It's crazy I've called them easy 10 times since Friday and can't seem to get someone to answer or call me back. There all about there money but don't seem to respect the importance of my time once they have received there money. Idk in my opinion there's a few things this place could use to fix in there customers service
Art OwensNorthside Self Storage Facility is an unexpected pleasure. The new owners installed complete new roofing, painted, and cleaned. The best part is that questions, requests, and changes in rates were all handled pleasantly and remain VERY competitive with local facilities. Good storage facilities in Canon City are scarce! Having a well kept and convenient storage place at reasonable prices is a blessing. Having friendly management is unusual, and adds to the comfort of doing business.
