Ryan was amazing and very helpful. I quickly needed to get out of my unit before January 1. I called on Dec 30th with really no days to spare and he gave me an extra day just in case I needed it. Since they weren’t working January 1, he made sure I got an extra day! I was out by the end of the month but having that extra day if needed really helped keep the stress down.
