Gidget is a fantastic worker who helped me when I geot injured. The only issue I have and the reason why I made it 4 star is because at the right side of the building garage. The step is extremely slippery, and even with non slip work boots on.I fell and almost hurt myself lifting a couch. The metal leg almost dug into my leg. And it's not my fault, because I slipped other times with other items.As well, and so did the people with me.

Gidget is the best part of this place. Or I should say only good part of this place. She’s helpful knowledgeable and does her best to address any issues that may arise. She is the only good thing that I can say about this place. Corporate owned and so don’t you dare be late on a payment because your stuff will be auctioned quick. You’re in the hospital fighting for your life well you better stop being ill and make that payment because if you don’t your belongings will be gone. So don’t ever have things out of your control happen.

As a military veteran, I truly appreciate professionalism, respect, and people who go above and beyond to serve others. Chris exemplified all of that during my experience at this Public Storage location. Chris was extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my situation and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What could have been a stressful situation was made easy because of his attention to detail and willingness to accommodate. Customer service like this is rare, and it meant a lot to feel supported and respected. It is clear that Chris takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping people. If you are looking for excellent service, ask for Chris. I highly recommend this location.

I went to Public Storage after the fact that I had called inquiring about any specials or deals for a midsize storage unit. I spoke with a young lady named Lynn, who was very knowledgeable about what was available and the pricing I was shocked that it was a low cost to start up and low cost monthly fees. Land was very professional clean office. It was a great experience all over. I am very happy that I chose this storage among the other food that I had considered give these young lady a raise thank you so much.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to Kayleigh for her compassion, understanding, and willingness to truly help during a very difficult time. I am dealing with serious car issues — my engine is blown, and unfortunately when maintenance offered to help jump my car, it ended up frying the electrical system as well. This has made it extremely challenging for me to get back and forth to work and manage my responsibilities. Kayleigh took the time to genuinely listen to my situation without judgment and immediately took action to help by lowering my monthly rent so I could afford both units and not fall behind. That level of empathy and quick problem-solving meant more to me than words can fully express. It’s rare to come across someone who leads with kindness and understanding the way Kayleigh does. I truly appreciate her from the bottom of my heart, and I’m incredibly thankful to have her support during such a stressful time.
