This storage facility is the best I have used in the area. The units are always clean, and the security measures are amazing and on point. I feel completely safe storing my belongings here. The climate-controlled units are perfect for protecting delicate items. Plus, having flatbed carts available to use makes moving things in and out a breeze! I got stuck with the move-in online process and had questions - Fantastic customer service and a well-maintained facility. The online rental process was super easy, the pricing is reasonable, and the units are clean and spacious. Safe, clean, and affordable – an absolute pleasure to do business with.

Do NOT rent at this run down basement storage facility. Since the new owner took over in the spring, we've noticed homeless living in the units and buckets have been left out that they used for a bathroom. They have a third party manage it and there is never anyone onsite. It's only open during business hours because they cite "safety concerns," so I had to leave work during the day if I needed anything out of the unit. They also doubled prices after taking over, which is a bit ridiculous considering it's just a bunch of plywood boards put up with chicken wire. We put our cancellation in a few months ago after rats chewed through some boxes. They refuse to respond to my numerous emails and voicemails and continue to send me late payment notifications every month. Was good for cheap storage in the past, but is now absolutely disgusting.

This place is a joke. First off management is never on site, the units are not safe at all. The storage unit doors are wood and are barely hanging on the wood not safe, homeless people are living in the stairwell, lots of mice every were, customer service was horrible, for the price not worth it at all. The place is dirty and dusty. Managers office is a small box only to people can sit in there. Please don't waste your time and spend your hard working money else we're.
