Paula was very knowledgeable and was super transparent about how payments, price shifts, and the whole rental process went. She let us know how long the President's sale would last (until 3/8) and she advised us in how we could best use the money we have rather than over-paying, as we had originally thought we had to. I definitely recommend going to this location for their climate controlled, clean units. Definitely look for Paula if you stop by. She's such a fantastic human.

I decided to store my trailer here starting in December. February someone broke into it by cutting the lock on the side door. However within my trailer there wasn't any thing inside worthy of stealing. From observation it looks like people are using pallets and other stuff to scale the perimeter fence in the gulch side. I've reported this issue to the onsite employees. Just a warning to anyone storing vehicles or trailers here . Price is fair, employees are friendly...but site security gets a zero

Nice facility, but ridiculous price structure. I signed a contract with an introductory cost of $54. Then they raised it to $82.33 saying that it’s because the $54 was an introductory price for the first month. The following month they bill me $93 and continued billing me that way for the next two months as well. I called asking about this and they said it reflects the actual contract I signed. I just got my bill for next month and now it’s $127. If you choose to destroy your stuff here, be aware that they’re going to continue to raise the price every couple months and say that it’s because it’s in the contract you signed. I see no such thing in the contract I’ve signed. My contract clearly says $73 a month for the unit and $20 a month for insurance. This place tries to screw you over.

Be advised that if you do not exit the gate by 9pm you CANNOT EXIT. Neither an emergency number nor the hours of operation are posted. It’s extremely difficult at any time to get a human on the phone through the 800 number, or a return call from a voicemail. Their accounting system does not accurately show how much you owe and what you have paid. These concerns were never resolved, but I was told when I waited in person for help that they were having issues with their system and had several complaints about this. They cannot issue you a refund if you over pay. The amount I owed appeared differently every month, contrary to the lease I signed. That being said, the actual unit and gates are nice and operate well. Property is well maintained, and it better be if you’re spending the night there! 😄
