This would be a 5 start no question...
This would be a 5 start no question because Julie is awesome. Her kids on the other hand... I don't need some kid yelling out the window of her car that I can't follow another vehicle in to the property. If this is an issue then the property manager can have a word with me after seeing my code for exit only. Completely unacceptable to be yelled at by some teenager.
