The hours are posted 6AM to 9PM. I showed up at 9:30AM, no one was working, there was no indication of when/if anyone would be in office. I tried calling, left a message asking for a callback. 6+ hours later, and nothing. No call, email, text, "hey, I'll get back to you" nothing. Tried calling later. Same thing. Tried going online and accessing my account, the website hit me with "technical error, cannot log in." tried the Chat feature. "what can I help you with?" I'd like to make changes to my account. "I don't understand. Main Menu. End Chat." Tried calling the 800 number...which directed me back to the local answering machine. If it was just the lack of communication from the local spot, I'd still be annoyed, but doubt I'd be writing this. It's the fact that there was: no one there during posted hours on a weekday no response from the property manager a faulty website a faulty chat feature a worthless 800 number no contact information if the local office is unavailable So why 2 stars instead of 1? The storage unit itself was fine. Ridiculous to have to enter your access code to enter AND exit. I"m just absolutely baffled that a business this big would have such an awful website and no staff onsite during business hours. will not be using public storage. Would avoid if possible.
