RUN!!! The absolute worst experience at a storage facility I have ever seen. The main manager is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. I shared a 20x10 double bay unit with my sister, in which the monthly rental price increased by hundreds of dollars over the course of 6 months. Both snow storms from winter 2026, both of our doors were completely covered by FEET of snow after a snow plow “cleared” the facility. When approaching the manager, he decided it was fair to advise his elderly worker alone in the office, to assist in shoveling feet of solid ice in front of the units. From the beginning of rental, I was repeatedly harassed by the manager each time I would access the unit moving items in and out, only going about my business. The units are horribly maintained, lock mechanisms are falling apart. Couldn’t be more relieved to have moved out of this horrible place.

Great experience using the parking space at CubeSmart. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, which makes it perfect for parking my truck. I especially appreciate Mike, who went out of his way to call and let me know my truck’s lights were left on—above and beyond customer service. Highly recommend this location.
