Matt was off on Friday the 23rd so I was dealing with Steve. STEVE was as great person to work with as Matt usually was. I arrived about 11:00 and was the only customer at the time. We discussed all the ins and outs of the unit being rented and got to the pricing, which is where the talk of the unit insurance came into the picture. I discovered that for over 3 years I had been overpaying for company insurance when my renters insurance should have been covering to this day. THANKS TO CARLA TELLING ME SHE COULD NOT ACCEPT MY RENTERS POLICY BECAUSE IT WAS NOT SPECIFIC ENOUGH. A simple phone call to my carrier rectified the situation and saved me almost 20 bucks. Thank you Steve for going that extra MILE . In the between time a couple of other customers arrived and Steve handled them with kid gloves. Great job all the way thru the transactions (mine and theirs).

I believe his name was Matt and if I remember wrong then my bad man but you know who you are. What an absolute legend!! Made moving into this storage so easy it’s insane. I inquired about the snow in front of my new unit and without hesitation he offered to shovel it out for me so I could get my things packed up. Thank you so much man and I will absolutely come back

Matthew had my I unit cleaned and set up in less than an hour. He was very polite. I've never had an issue in basically seven years. This is my second or third time going back because I'm not a home owner etc etc. Hey, if family can't help you I say go to Cubesmart. There's never been an issue whatsoever and in any weather condition to get stuff

Don’t even bother. You sign a contract with a specific amount for 6 months only for them to charge another amount the 2nd month and on in. When you try to get an explanation as to why- every person you talk to gives a different reason- and promises the next month will be correct and still fail to charge the correct price. Be careful of this establishment!!! After renting from Cubesmart for 14 months my rent increased 3 times going from 38.00 a month (everything included taxes ins) to 63.15 a month without any notice - to 73.18 for the remaining months (again without notice), then I finally receive a notice on my last month that rent will increase to 88.97 a month- mind you this is for a closet 5x10 unit. What made this even worse is seeing my same tiny 5x10 unit still being listed at $38.00 for New Customers!!! Once I finally received Notice- we made the decision to get the hell out of this blood sucking company!! Be warned people!! Stay far away!!!
