Not to sound like a broken record, but the positive reviews are definitely accurate. Zack was awesome to deal with. I spoke to him on the phone earlier today about a unit I was interested in. He answered all questions and also told me about the current promotions on the units. I told him I would stop in after work, which he was more than accommodating. I stopped in, and I was greeted with a warm welcome, which, to be completely honest, I wasn’t expecting. I have dealt with other storage rental places in the past, and they weren’t nearly as inviting. We proceeded to go out to the unit. I pointed out that there was a lightbulb out, and Zack took it upon himself to change the bulb prior to me signing the lease agreement, which set a level of comfort, customer service wise. We proceeded to the lease agreement. He was very thorough and explained everything. Asking if i had questions along the way. I truthfully loved the open communication, the transparency, and the will to be accommodating. Truly awesome customer service and definitely have no issues recommending this place. I know a few of the reviews from 3 to 4 months ago said that their units were dirty or they had mold. That was a concern of mine, and what I saw that issues was addressed. That being said, if that was anyone’s concern, I would say don’t worry about it and give it a shot.

My rent was very high for such a small unit and I was going to move out after 4 years! Antonio looked to see if there was another small unit and he saved my day! I cannot thank him enough!!! I got a corner unit with better lighting for less than I was paying. He is an outstanding employee...very professional and understanding!!! If I owned my own business I would hire him in a NY second to manage it...

Very efficient operation. The staff, Zack and Corina are smart, solid and clear regarding everything you're signing. Lease is month to month and, to me, it's like playing the stock market... the pricing fluctuates from hour to hour. If you land on a good deal, sign up without delay because a few hours later it could shoot up by $10 to $20 per mo. Look for cubes that have a good rate and get it. The drive-up cubes are 5x10 and 10x10. No heat but some have a light switch. I would certainly recommend CubeSmart for storage.
