We rented a large 10x15 unit as we have to fit large couches and a child’s trampoline. The unit was advertised that it has two doors, which would be great for the size of our items. However, it was deceptive as the door were two skinny doors instead of a pull down ‘door (gate) and nothing would fit. They said it was computerized and an obvious flaw in their system. We paid movers to help but now they’re just sitting around because CubeSmart would not provide another unit to start unloading until we drove ten minutes to a new facility to sign a new contract,

I am a satisfied with the storage facility after 2 years of use in that none of my belongings were warped or damaged in the climate controlled section. I also know that few folks have made reports of little critters getting to their stuff, but this is pretty easily solved by using peppermint oil around the perimeter of your unit and a couple of mouse detergent packets. And the obvious which don’t put anything food related in a storage unit… That said I am particularly writing this review due to the incredible quality of service I received from Cathleen during a time in which I lost my lock keys and things were quite stressful. They handled the situation with ease and care. Thanks again.

I used a unit in the "temperature controlled" area where I thought my possessions would be safe from mold and mildew. I just moved out, and all of my things were not only moldy, but the mouse droppings were everywhere. The unit was infested! I had to through most items away. If I could give 0 stars I would. Even though it's more expensive, use the storage facility on Spencer Plains.

Check in was easy and very efficient. Unfortunately there is a big hole in the door of my unit about the size of a golf ball. Someone should have seen it and fixed it before I moved in especially as there is no one there on Sunday.
