If I could give Chris and Kirsten a higher rating than a 5, then I would. Chris and Kirsten go out of their way to help the customers in a professional, yet understanding and compassionate manner. We have been renting a very large unit for almost a year and a half, and we could not be more pleased with the dedicated customer service that we receive received at Extraspace Storage in Rocky Hill ! These guys are the best top notch professionalism and we always have a laugh together when I go in to the office or speak with them on the phone. keep up the great work guys.

The location and space was great only issue is after the promotion price the monthly fees are a little high and they go up so for really short term its 100% great but for long term to me it wasnt worth it. I was keeping tools and some materials in there, so I figured it was cheaper for me to buy the tool and the material when I needed it or even rent the tool the paying monthly to store it especially since most of the stuff that gose in there I would barely use....so i literally throw everything in a dumpster and stopped renting .

The best service I’ve ever had with a storage company. I’ve used storage companies in the same proximity and they were awful compared to Extra Space Storage. The staff is on property and so extremely helpful. Absolutely wonderful experience!
